Living at Edge at Fitzsimons I didn't have any problems management overall was good but the Assistant Manager Gina is the Best she help you with your problems if she can if not she will try and find a resolution her personality is wonderful she made my move there easy I have no complaints about her If she was my landlord I think I wouldn't move we need people in our lives like her to be understanding because moving and trying to find a place to stay is hard Thank you Gina

They are such good people in this office and they help out Regina and Jennifer. They do such a good job with getting people into the apartment and they’re very helpful with information when you need extra information.

I have a friend that lives here and the new office manager has been a great addition. Gina is also helpful happy to have at least 2 good people. I have also seen a new maintenance guy. He was oncall and seemed to know what he was doing. They are trying to do better and clean things up. It will take time but I appre6the efford. Luckily my friend has not had any roaches or other issues but then again she does live in Aurora.

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I previously lived at the Retreat at the Fitzsimons and you could not pay me to go back to that cesspool. The managers and land lords seem very on top of everything and are more than happy to help. I was assisted by Gina the assistant manager and she made sure the experience was smooth and painless. She took extra time to truly go the extra mile. Excellent apartments and staff.
