First let me start off and say Regina Patterson is by far the best leasing agent. I’ve came across since my stay in Colorado .she’s very compassionate and concerned about the resident’s her door is always open from day one she has helped me with my issues in my apartment and jumped into action when my unit went out supplied me with ac unit over the weekend .Also called me too see if my apartment was cool enough brought another unit before her hoilday begin if you are looking for a second chance apartment this is the place . I can right a book but she deserves her praise for caring about her job and going above and beyond her duties. Keep up the excellent customer service.

I moved in here around November and everything has been awesome since. I’ve never had to wait 48 hours for a service request to be filled. Everyone who works here is super diligent in handling requests for tenants. I’ve definitely made this place my home and I’m grateful to have been given a chance to start over in a place that’s mine. I’ve had a few bumps, however, nothing has been neglected. Gina at the leasing office is my absolute fav and I trust her with any problems I encounter! Perfect place that is central to major highways with lots of stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. all within a 10 minute drive.

I called too get information on the apartments and Ms Jenna was very nice and clear on the information she provided and I look forward to meeting her and making this place my home

Gina in the front office is a life saver. She is so genuine and truly cares about her tenants. Any problem that I had (barely any) was solved in a very timely manner and was always handled with care! Thank You Gina!

We moved in about 2 months ago and Gina did an outstanding job helping us with the situation. She made sure my family and I were comfortable and taken care of in a timely manner. Great staff and fun events for the kids.

I lived here five years ago and came back from Florida I’ve never had a problem with customer service or maintenance so I decided to rent again, I must say I am very impressed with the improvements starting with the bigger trash space for trash, I love that they put hardwood floors throughout the living room and kitchen and the Parcel lockers added is a plus for me because of my addiction of shopping. Gina has been the leasing professional for years and is now the Property Manager she is still amazing good vibes every time you visit the office !!!

These apartments are located in a perfect location and close to Anschutz Medical Campus. These apartments are so amazing! They have the kindest, most hardworking genuine crew and I highly recommend this apartment complex!
